You’ve spotted a leak, have an old roof, or you're looking for bids. Let’s start by scheduling a time to come out and inspect your roof. You can explain any concerns and point out problem areas.
Inspection
We look at all penetrations, field seams, wall flashings, and roof terminations. We take measurements/photos and document all issues. This is what we use to generate a proposal and discuss options.
Production
You give us the thumbs up, including approval and downpayment and we will get started on a safety plan, order/deliver materials, load your roof, and schedule a convenient start date.
Warranty
A final quality inspection is performed and we clean up any materials/ tools, send a final invoice, and your warranty is issued upon final payment.
Project success between 15-60 days.
